A Waco resident for over 2 decades, she is actively involved in her community, having served on the Board of Directors for Mission Waco for 6 years, continuously running routes for Meals on Wheels, and being a dedicated member of St. Louis Catholic Church. She seeks to tip the scales and help Wacoans by empowering people through homeownership. With over 500 hours of real estate coursework, she is always willing to learn and improve herself in order to better serve her clients’ home selling and buying needs. She resides in Waco with her wonderful husband, Rafael Perez, a local pulmonologist and dedicated community member.
