Maritza Santiago Perez has been a real estate agent for over 2 decades. She previously worked as a Hospital Administrator at a family health center in Rincon, Puerto Rico. As evident from her career choices, she's in the business of building lasting relationships with people and her community, while looking out for their best interests. A heart for service and over two decades of experience in real estate make her a great asset to your journey!

A Waco resident for over 2 decades, she is actively involved in her community, having served on the Board of Directors for Mission Waco for 6 years, continuously running routes for Meals on Wheels, and being a dedicated member of St. Louis Catholic Church. She seeks to tip the scales and help Wacoans by empowering people through homeownership. With over 500 hours of real estate coursework, she is always willing to learn and improve herself in order to better serve her clients’ home selling and buying needs. She's a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and Metrotex. She served as a board member for over 3 years at The Waco Association of Realtors. 

She resides in Waco with her wonderful husband, Rafael Perez, a local pulmonologist and dedicated community member. Their four remarkable children and two (soon to be three) imaginative grandchildren are their pride and joy. They make sure to spend as much time as possible with them. Their culture and traditions ensure food is never in short supply and their home appears equipped with revolving doors, guests and visitors constantly coming and going, leaving full of love, warmth, advice, and sated bellies.
